One of the Engineers from our Client side was able to remove it manually. The Crystal Reports for one of the servers suddenly stopped working for no apparent reasons - we both decided to take the approach of un-installing Crystal Reports and then re-install it.Īfter numerous attempts and failures we finally un-installed it off the server but we couldn't do it via the wizard from the disk nor un-install it from Control Panel. They purchased 4 Crystal Reports from us and installed it onto 4 Citrix Servers with great success and have been using them for a while.
